The company will start in March this year – every Wednesday at noon (1 hour), launch an internal exercise course belonging to Prowonderful, aiming to promote the physical and mental health of colleagues and jointly create a healthier and more energetic company culture. This exercise class covers dance aerobics and party dance aerobics, both of which are designed by professional sports coaches to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the class.
